2. Extra hygiene in and around our boats.
3. Mandatory use of a mask in our booking office.
These measure are in line with the recommendations of our government.
Our protocol has been extensively tried and tested and has been put together with the help of our volunteers and specialists.
This enables you to enjoy a safe and relaxing visit to The Hague.
Together against Corona. This allows us all to continue to enjoy a carefree day in The Hague.
1. One and a half meters distance between individuals who are not part of one household.
Booking a group cruise can only be done ahead of time. For individual tickets we prefer tickets to be sold online. This is to avoid people having to come into the booking office. Should you need to come into our booking office please follow the instructions and floor markings to ensure a safe distance while waiting in line. Our ticketing staff is behind a plexiglass sheet.
We use only one third of the seating capacity of our boats. This is to ensure a safe distance between our passengers and allowing you to enjoy the cruise.
2. Extra hygiene.
Please make use of our disinfectant dispensers that are located inside our booking office.
We strongly advise you to make use of the handwashing facilities on our jetty before you board our vessels.
We are regulalrly cleaning any area’s of contact in our booking office and on our vessels.
While on board you will be in the open air all the time.
3. Wearing a mask in our booking office.
We follow the advice of the central government regarding the corona measures. The national obligation to wear face masks in public indoor areas also applies in our booking office from 1 December 2020.
